APA075-FTQ100 Overview

There are two packages that contain fpga chips: TQFP package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 2.5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 66 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 100 terminations on each end. In this case, there are 100 pins on the board. The device runs on a 2.52.5/3.3V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 180MHz in order to do its work. For the building block, it encompasses 3072 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. For this FPGA to operate correctly, the supply voltage must be greater than 2.3V. The FPGA implements the design by using 75000 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 70°C.
