AS5040-ASSU Overview

Encoders can have a good performance with the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. The minimum operating temperature cannot be lower than -40°C to make sure encoder work normally. But the maximum operating temperature of this electronic part can reach 125°C. The encoders have 16 pins. We put the encoders into SSOP packages to allow easy handling and to protect the devices from damage. The current drawn by the encoder during operation is 21mA.
