The ON Semiconductor AX5031-1-TW30 is a high-performance, low-power RF transmitter IC designed for use in a wide range of wireless applications. It is a 20-pin QFN package with a wide range of features, including a low-noise amplifier, a power amplifier, a frequency synthesizer, and a low-IF receiver. The AX5031-1-TW30 is capable of transmitting data at up to 1 Mbps over a range of up to 500 meters.
