BBT3420-SN Overview


The enhanced BGA package makes it an excellent LED driver.Wide receiver can operate within the range of 1.8V supply voltages efficiently.This integrated circuit has 289 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.ICs that are packaged with market standard pinouts are available on the market.Wide receiver with enhanced power dissipation control, 289-pin.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.An additional subcategory named Other Telecom ICs can be created for this rf transceiver module.It is designed to be operated from a 1.82.5V power supply, so the module isolated transceiver will work effectively.This transceiver module may not exceed its operating temperature of 70°C.In order to address a wide range of markets, the TELECOM CIRCUIT differential driver offers numerous superior benefits.
