OV02715-A68A-1E Overview

The image sensors are put into 68-BGA Module packages for safety protection. The image sensors should supply the voltage of 3.3V. We will package these image sensors in the Tray to protect them from damage. The image sensor has 3 pins. The maximum operating temperature for the image sensors should be set to 85°C. But the temperature should not be lower than -30°C when image sensors operate.
