PM6764TR Description


PM6764TR developed by STMicroelectronics is a type of digital multiphase controller with PMBus?. It is specifically designed to power Intel’s VR12.5 memories where parameters are required to be programmable through a PMBus? interface. All control and power management functions are delivered based on digital technology to maximize flexibility and performance. The digital multiphase controller PM6764TR provides a suite of protection functions against load overcurrent, under/overvoltage, and feedback disconnections.
