RT8130BGQW Overview


The switching controller fits in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Cut Tape (CT) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.5V~13.2V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Phase Control, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. Total pins of switching converter are 10. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 88 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. There is 300kHz frequency setting on the switching controller. At -40°C and above, dc regulator should be kept. At a temperature around 85°C degrees Celsius, dc regulator should be running. It is possible to set the input voltage as 21V for nominal working statuses. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 10-WDFN (3x3). The controller switches with phase number 1. When it comes to maximum supply voltage, switching voltage regulators is rated 13.2V.
