A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.08% tolerance.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.25V voltage.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "VRE4112" for other relevant parts.Applications with 8mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 1.8V~5.5V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.25V.Idle parts use 320μA.During operation, it uses a current of 320μA as its supply current.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is 8-SOIC.
